The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with sellers, strategically acquiring or consigning products, and ensuring a diverse and attractive product offering on our platform. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, market knowledge, and a passion for sneakers and streetwear culture.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with sellers, strategically acquiring or consigning products, and ensuring a diverse and attractive product offering on our platform. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, market knowledge, and a passion for sneakers and streetwear culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, providing support and guidance to enhance their success on our platform.
  • Identify and onboard new sellers, focusing on diversifying and enhancing our product offerings.
  • Negotiate purchase or consignment terms, ensuring competitive pricing and product authenticity.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, demand, and pricing strategies for sneakers and streetwear.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to promote sellers and their products, driving sales and platform visibility.
  • Monitor seller performance and product quality, ensuring compliance with Court Order's standards and policies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from sellers to the product development team to improve the platform's features and seller experience.
  • Organise and participate in events and community engagements to promote Court Order and foster a strong brand presence within the sneaker and streetwear community.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the fashion, sneaker, or streetwear industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sneaker and streetwear market, including brands, trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about sneakers, streetwear, and building community through commerce.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis skills preferable. .
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
