The Role

As a Sales Associate, bringing our products to life and creating memorable experiences for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with the best sneaker and streetwear collections in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing expert advice and personal recommendations.
• Maintain and manage product displays, ensuring our store always looks its best.
• Handle basic store management tasks, including opening and closing procedures.
• Process sales transactions and manage inventory using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Address customer queries, including exchanges and refunds, with professionalism and empathy.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in sneakers and streetwear to provide knowledgeable service.

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in fashion or related field.
